Send us your video clips!

Make a short wildlife video clip and we can put it online for you. Try to capture the sound of nature or add your own narration. Please compress the video file with standard software and send it to people@avonwildlifetrust.org.uk

What is your favourite wildlife?

Post us a comment on your favourite creature or plant, explaining why you like it. You could even write a poem or short story about it. If you email us a photo we can put it on our online gallery:

Hello from the People and Wildlife team :)

Welcome to the blog from the People and Wildlife team at the Avon Wildlife Trust. Here we invite you to share your experiences with wildlife by adding your own content, keeping you in touch with wildlife whatever the weather is doing. We are lucky in England as there is a huge range of different species of animals, plants and insects. Visit our website at www.avonwildlifetrust.org.uk/paw

About us

Avon Wildlife Trust's Heritage Lottery Funded People and Wildlife project is engaging a wide diversity of people with nature, including young people, people living in deprived areas, people from Black and Minority Ethnic groups, people with learning disabilities or people recovering from health issues.

Avon Wildlife Trust is the largest local charity working to protect wildlife in the Avon area. With the support of over 17,500 members we look after 38 nature reserves, campaign on issues which threaten wildlife and encourage everyone to be more concerned about our natural environment.

Avon Wildlife Trust is part of the United Kingdom's network of 47 Wildlife Trusts, who in turn are all members of the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts.
